A creative gathering with Julia Bergh & Linnea Lindström. Start the afternoon by unplugging from phones and entering the body through movement, followed by soothing breathwork to calm the nervous system. Then, spend time in silence to create whatever your heart desires—journaling, writing poetry, painting, or sketching a new idea. Art supplies like paper, small canvases, acrylic paint, water color, and crayons are provided, or bring your own. Optional dinner afterwards.
