The Ember of the Heart - A winter gathering of movement and breath

Om upplevelsen

A winter gathering of movement and breath to support our inner fire in the darkness of winter. Through guided somatic movement, we invite the body to awaken, play, release and reconnect with its natural vitality, followed by conscious connected breathwork into the heart, where rest and passion meet.
